Authentic Persian Viss rug in a large 8x11 size, made in a small village called Viss in the Zagros mountains of Iran! Charming colors like warm coral in the background and deep indigo in the medallion and borders! Rugs from this village are distinctive in design and color palette, produced only in limited quantities. It’s truly a statement piece.

An interesting fact: weavers do not use any pre-drawn patterns and weave entirely from memory! They are called “Zehni Baft,” meaning “Woven by Memory.” How amazing!
